Making Prosecco in My PJs

Ok... so maybe it's not technically prosecco but this past weekend I got the chance to try out Brooklyn Brew Shop's Sparkling Wine making kit, and I have to say I'm pretty excited about it for a couple of reasons:

1. Brunch is my favorite meal, and mimosas are my favorite part of brunch. Making my own sparkling wine for mimosas would undoubtedly take my brunch game to epic levels!

2. I LOVE a good bargain (almost as much as I love brunch) and I got a GREAT deal on this kit at my local HomeGoods store. On the Brooklyn Brew Shop website they sell for $70!!! I also found them on Amazon and a few other retailers selling between $50- $60. I picked my up in the clearance section for the low, low price of just five dollars! #winning.

I posted my find on my Instagram (if you're not following me, stop and do that right now!) where I was kindly asked to video it to share with you all. I'm not gonna lie, I'm still pretty nervous about being on camera, but when I searched online for other tutorial videos, I couldn't find a single one. I figured somebody had to be the first, why not me?

(Why didn't I think to change out of my pjs, or put on some makeup.... I have no idea :( ... needless to say I regret that decision now, but here we are)
